kosari (bracken)

During Daeboreum, a Korean celebration of the first full moon of the lunar new year, I went with a friend of mine to a community event where, among other dishes, they cooked kosari, or bracken.

Bracken is quite old. So old, that our host commented that “Dinosaurs ate it.”
